Sports injuries are injuries that occur as a result of playing sport or exercising.

Our therapists have years of experience working with sporting injuries from a variety of different sports including football, rugby, netball, weight lifting, cycling, skiing and running.

The most common types of injuries we see are sprains and strains, such as going over your ankle, pulling your hamstring or damaging the ligaments in the knee. We also have extensive experience with treating dislocations and fractures of both the upper and lower body.

Injuries can happen as a direct result of an accident, from improper training, warm ups and cool downs or even as result of muscle in-balances that develop over time and cause problems.

We can offer diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of any injury and even look prevention of injuries, to get you back in the gym or on the field as quickly as possible.
